Alma O. MetzlerAlma O. Metzler, 91 formerly of Junction City died on Monday, March 25, 2013 at the Harmony Assisted Living in Stevens Point. Funeral services will be 11am Saturday, March 30, 2013 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Junction City with Rev. Dr. Timothy Roser officiating. Burial will be in Alsen Cemetery in Alsen, North Dakota. Visitations will be from 10am Saturday at St. Paul’s Church until time of services. Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City is assisting the family with the arrangements. Alma was born on August 31, 1921 in Wales, ND to August and Pauline (Kuball) Domres. She attended a country school in South Dresdon, ND. On April 30, 1945, she was united in marriage to Frederick C. Metzler at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Dresdon, ND. He died on June 20, 2000. She spent their married life in Alsen as a housewife and raised her family until moving to Langdon. She moved to Wisconsin from Langdon, ND in 1995 to be near her family. Alma did needlepoint, loved watching game shows and crossword puzzles until her eyesight failed. Alma is survived by her children, Curtis (Elaine) Metzler of Bargersville, IN; Leslie (Kathy) Metzler of Junction City; Janet (Jon) Macht of Pittsfield, MA; Beverly Metzler of Devils Lake, ND; James (Marie) Metzler of Brunswick, GA; 12 grandchildren, Rachel (Ken) Haupt, Richard (Angie) Metzler, Rayn (Jill) Metzler, Frederick Metzler, Sarah (Brian) Moscinski, Christine (Ken) Manthorne, Michael Macht, Jody (Chris) Gertson, Gina Metzler, Kristi Schill, Steven (Andrea) Metzler, Tricia (Chris) Poulney and 17 great grandchildren. She is further survived by one sister Elsie VanDenBerg of Fargo, ND; two sisters-in-law Doris Metzler of Turlock, CA; Pat Metzler of Manteca, CA. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son Charles in infancy, six brothers, William, Albert, Henry, Frank, Walter and Charles; three sisters Ida, Emilia, Hilda . Marvin B. PilsnerMarvin B. Pilsner, 87, Weston, died on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Hospice House in Wausau. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield with Rev. James Logan officiating. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 pm until service time at Rembs Funeral Home. Military rites will be conducted following the service at the funeral home by the American Legion Post 54 of Marshfield. Marvin was born on April 5, 1925 in Marshfield, the son of Joseph and Josephine (Hetjes) Pilsner. He attended St. John’s Parochial School, Marshfield and was a graduate of Marshfield Senior High. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II from 1943 until his honorable discharge in 1945. He was entitled to wear the European Theater Ribbon with 3 Battle Stars, the Unit Presidential citation, the Combat Infantry Badge and the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster. He enjoyed a memorable experience in 2011 when he participated in the Never Forgotten Flight. He married Edna M. Michels on August 17, 1946 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield. She died on December 3, 1985. After their marriage the Pilsners lived in Marshfield and owned and operated a drive in for a number of years. During that time he also worked at the Post Office, Clover Cream Dairy and Roddis Plywood. In 1966 they moved to Rockford, IL where he was employed at Sundstrand Aviation and then Clinton Electronics. In 1983 they moved to the Eau Pleine Flowage in Mosinee and in 1986 Marv moved to Irma, residing at Tug Lake. In 2011 he moved to Weston. Marv was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild, The American Legion Post 54, Marshfield, and the Disabled American Veterans. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed woodworking, carving and making furniture, winemaking and gardening. He is survived by a daughter and 2 sons, Linda (John) Hupman of Weston, LeRoy (Paula) Pilsner of Fort Wayne, IN, and James (Mary) Pilsner of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Nora A. MoenNora A. Moen, 95, Marshfield, died peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at House of the Dove, Marshfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield with Rev. Jon Guenther officiating. Burial will take place in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Cameron, Wood County. The visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:00 am until service time at Rembs Funeral Home. Nora was born on December 27, 1917 in Pittsville, the daughter of Louis and Helena (Hopp) Schiller. She attended school through the 8th grade .She was united in marriage to John Moen, Sr. on June 20, 1936 in Pittsville. He died on February 25, 1998. Nora and her husband were avid stock car racers. She began racing in the 1950’s, continuing to race for many years even when she was expecting her last child. She was a great cook and a wonderful mother and grandmother. In her later years she enjoyed going on long car rides. She is survived by 6 sons, Gerald Moen of Redlands, CA, Richard (Jean) Moen of Marshfield, Dennis Moen of Pinedale, WY, John Moen Jr., of Marshfield, and Randy Moen and David (Grace) Moen, all of Plover. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and by 2 brothers, Donald Schiller of Apple Valley, CA and Wayne Schiller of Tuscumbia, Alabama, and a sister, Lois Schallow of Marshfield. She is further survived by a loving caregiver Debbie Zwicke who adopted Nora as her grandmother. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, 5 brothers, 3 daughters-in-law, and a granddaughter. Memorial services will be 5:30pm Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at the Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville with Rev. Milton Van Natta officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Vesper at a later date. Family will receive relatives and friends from 5pm until service time. Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home of Pittsville is assisting the family with the arrangements. Eldyn was born on August 9, 1916 in Elba, WI, Dodge County to Erick and Della (Hoffmann) Scheunemann. He was baptized in Columbus, WI by P.H. Koch, an Evangelical Lutheran Pastor. He moved with his family to the Arpin area where he attended the Powers Bluff School and graduated in 1930. As a young man, he helped on the family farm and did various jobs until he started employment at the Star Line, Inc. in Harvard, IL as a power shear operator. Eldyn was drafted in the United State Army on January 17, 1944 in Chicago and was honorably discharged on May 29, 1946 after serving in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre. After his military duties, he was employed at Consolidated Papers, Consoweld Plastic both in Wisconsin Rapids and later retired as a carpenter. He is survived by his sister Ruth DuPree of Vesper, sister-in-law Marvel Scheuenmann of Arpin, four nephews, James and John DuPree, Daniel and James Scheunemann; five nieces, Gail Van Natta, Pamela Berdan, Sharon La Vigne, Cheryl Johnson and Sandra Bronk. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Edward and Donald Scheuenmann; one sister Arna Gaetke; two brothers-in-law Kenneth DuPree and Wilbur Gaetke and a niece Susan Parker. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Thursday, April 4, 2013 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Rozellville with Fr. John Alphonse officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitations will be from 10am Thursday at the church until time of services. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Gertrude was born on March 31, 1927 in Nisbill Germany to Joseph and Helen (Manelski) Rambalski. Arnold A. Griesbach brought Gertrude along with him to Rozellville from Germany after he served in the United States Army and they were married on February 4, 1948 at St. Andrew’s Church in Rozellville. He died on October 18, 2001. She was employed at various businesses in Marshfield prior to her retirement. She enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, bowling, fishing, playing cards, her floral gardens and going to the casino. Gertrude is survived by her son Gerhard “Gary” (Ruth) Griesbach of Rudyard, MI; two grandchildren, Gary (Clarissa) Griesbach and Misty Smith and three great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11am Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Auburndale with Fr. Peter Raj officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with her great nephews serving as pallbearers, Francis, Mike, Steve, Donald, Kenneth and Derick Manlick, who she always treasured as grandsons. Visitations will be on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Church from 10am until time of services. Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield is assisting the family with the arrangements. Veronica was born on October 24, 1916 in town of Auburndale to Joseph and Sophie (Neuman) Pankratz. She attended St. Joseph’s Parochial School in Hewitt. On June 8, 1937, she was united in marriage to George A. Kreckler at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Hewitt. George died on June 27, 1978. While they farmed in the town of Milladore for 27 years, she worked at Gruenke’s Cheese Factory and later the Holiday Inn in Marshfield. When they retired, they moved to the town of Auburndale and then in 1984 she moved to Ann Auburn Village in Auburndale. Verone worked part time with the hot lunch program at St. Mary’s School, retiring in 1989. She loved gardening, crocheting, baking and listening to polka music. Along with being a member of St. Mary’s Church, she belonged to the Parish Council of Catholic Women. Verone is survived by a sister-in-law Verna Pankratz of Stevens Point and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six sisters, Philomine Schneider, Sophie Hartl, Elizabeth Hoffman, Lorraine Gerges, Loretta Lair and Josephine Konrardy; eight brothers, Tony, Edward, William, Michael, Pete, John, Philip and a brother who died in infancy. Erwin E. Schoenrock, Sr.Erwin Ernst Schoenrock, Sr. passed away on April 1, 2013, after a brief battle with cancer. He was 84. His is a story of survival and determination. He lost both parents and all nine of his brothers and sisters to the atrocities of WWII when he was just 16, escaped East Germany and found work as a farm hand in West Germany. In 1952 he emigrated to the United States with only $20 to his name, an 8th grade education and an incredible work ethic upon which to rely. He first settled in Wyoming where he worked as a ranch hand. Later, he moved to Milwaukee where there were many German immigrants and an abundance of jobs. In 1960, he moved to north central Wisconsin to buy a dairy farm, eventually settling in Edgar, and worked at Murray Machinery in Wausau. Erwin is survived by his children: Mildred, Edgar, Erwin (Kim) Schoenrock Jr., Athens, Paul, Mosinee, Lori (Ken) Lenhard, Athens, Kurt (Laura) Hudson, Wisconsin; and fifteen grandchildren Craig, Courtney, Kira, Paul Jr, Susie, Danielle, Brandon, Mattheu, Timothy, Ashley, Cassandra, Brian, Elizabeth, Braeden and Ava . In honor of his wishes, there will be no funeral services. The children of Erwin would like to sincerely thank all those who offered prayers and support. Your kindness is genuinely appreciated. Catherine was born on January 28, 1948 in Vesper to Jack and Marion (Hunter) Tyler and was a 1966 graduate of Lincoln High School, Wisconsin Rapids. She was united in marriage to Don Roth on August 8, 1970 in Junction City. Catherine loved her 2 grandchildren dearly and her passion was crocheting and her new home. She enjoyed watching wildlife in her yard, including deer and turkeys. She was an avid Packer fan. She is survived by her husband Don and their son Chad (Sharon) Roth. She is also survived by grandchildren Kaleb and Ariella. She is further survived by many brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers. The family will designate a memorial in Catherine’s name at a later date. Harold J. MeyerHarold J. Meyer, 90 of Hewitt died Wednesday morning, April 3, 2013 at Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield surrounded by his family. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am Saturday, April 6, 2013 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Hewitt with Fr. Peter Raj officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitations will be from 4-8pm Friday, April 5, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home in Marshfield and again on Saturday at the church from 9:30am until service time. There will be a Parish Prayer service at 4pm Friday followed by a Knights of Columbus Rosary service at 6:30pm both at Rembs Funeral Home. Harold was born in the Town of Day, Marathon County on August 16, 1922 to Herman and Anna (Bredl) Meyer. He attended St. Joseph’s Parochial School in Hewitt. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Ann Beining on September 5, 1955 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Marshfield. Harold was a hunter and an avid sports fan, particularly the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers and Bucks. He was a long time member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Yellow River Baseball League, and Knights of Columbus, Fr.John Eisen Council # 1799 of Marshfield. He was a long haul truck driver for Hub City Foods retiring in December 1984, then worked part time for Monroe Trucking for 18 years. Harold is survived by his wife Dorothy, children Barbara (special friend, James Waters) Meyer of Mount Vernon, NY; Carol (Kim) Meyer-Boldon of LaCrosse; Paul (Judy) Meyer of New Brighton, MN; Roger Meyer of Hewitt; and Mary Meyer of LaCrosse; six grandchildren, Kathryn Boldon, Anne, Adam, Erin, Emilie and Isaac Meyer. He is further survived by one brother Herbert (Audrey) Meyer of Marshfield and his brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry (Betty) Beining of Howards Grove; Terry Beining of Wabeno; Richard (Lisa) Beining of Tuscon, AZ; Virginia (James) Bangart of Stratford and Ed (Karen) Beining of Sheboygan Falls. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Norbert Meyer and a brother-in-law Donald Beining. Memorials will be designated at a later date in lieu of flowers. Sharon E. ChristensenSharon E. Christensen, 77 of Marshfield died peacefully on Thursday morning, April 4, 2013 at her home with her family at her side under the care of Ministry Home Hospice. Funeral services will be 11am Monday, April 8, 2013 at the Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield with Rev. David Baker officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield. Visitations will be from 9:30am Monday at Rembs Funeral Home until time of service. Sharon was born on April 23, 1935 in Boscobel, WI to Ralph and Eldeen (Duster) Payne who operated a jewelry store on east 4th Street in Marshfield. She received her teaching degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. She taught for awhile before becoming her husband’s office manager in his psychological services in Eau Claire and Marshfield. She was united in marriage to Conrad V. Christensen on July 9, 1955 in Marshfield. She enjoyed traveling, family activities and she loved all children. Sharon is survived by her husband Conrad, children Randall (Jackie) Christensen of Bay City, MI; Charles (Susan) Christensen of Eau Claire and Patti Christensen of Marshfield; four grandchildren, Kirsten, Ryan, Nick and Chad Christensen and seven great grandchildren. Leon D. Lutz, 76, Marshfield, died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 7, 2013 in the emergency room of Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield. Burial will be held in St. Michael's Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive relatives and friends at Rembs Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until service time. Leon was born on November 21, 1936 in the Town of Day, Marathon County, to Herbert and Pauline (Kohlbeck) Lutz. He attended Dodge School in the Town of Day, St. John’s Parochial, Marshfield and Marshfield Senior High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1956 until his honorable discharge in the Fleet Marine Force. After his discharge he returned to Marshfield and worked for Weinbrenner Shoe Factory and Weyerhaeuser Company until moving to Chicago. He was employed at Automatic Electric as an inspector of telephone equipment until 1970. He then moved back to Marshfield and worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Praschak Machine. He later retired due to ill health. He married Roberta Bastyr in 1967 and she died in June of 1972. He then married Sharon Neises and they later divorced. He is survived by 3 daughters, Dawn (Chris) Campbell of Plover, Heidi (Scott) Ubinger of Wisconsin Rapids, and Shanna (Brad) Halsell of Nekoosa. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Jared, Savannah, Brenton, Dylan, Josey, Nathan, Nicholas and Jordyn. He is further survived by his siblings, Jeannette Apfel, Salva Jean “Bootsie” (James) Harris, Donna Jacobs and Carol (Dave) Elliott. He was predeceased by his parents, 5 brothers, Elmer, Eugene, James, Merrill, and Raymond Lutz and 4 sisters, Arlene Anderson, Arvilla Ploog, Lucy Jones and Sylvia Leonard. Barbara Mary GodardBarbara Mary Godard 94 of Marshfield was called home to heaven surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Private memorial services were held with burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Marshfield. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Barbara was born on October 8, 1918 in Marshfield, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Jungwirth) Reigel and attended school in Marshfield. After the death of her mother Mary in 1925, she was blessed with another mother, Beryl in 1928. She was united in marriage to Phillip J. Godard on September 24, 1935 at Corpus Christ Catholic Church in Bakerville. He died on May 24, 1993. She was a homemaker until 1959 at which time she became employed at St. Joseph’s Hospital while continuing loving care for her family, retiring in 1985. She cared for her husband until his death, then did volunteer work for the elderly. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Barbara will be sadly missed by her family, friends and anyone who had the privilege to know her. She lived her life through giving. She is survived by four daughters, Mary Frerichs of Swansea, IL; Lori (William) Shookman Sr. of Lowgap, NC; Carrie (Joe) Degner of Menasha; JoAnn (Kirk) Rumsey of Marshfield; four sons, Walter (Alice) Godard of Kohl, WI; Victor (Linda) Godard of Sheboygan; Arthur (Linda) Godard of Hauchuca City, AZ; and Edwin (Debbie) Godard of Milstadt, IL; 36 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren. She is further survived by her siblings, Art Reigel of Marshfield; Joseph (Gloria) Reigel of Eau Claire; Victor Reigel of Marshfield; Dale (Al) Beckman of Milwaukee; Hubert Reigel of Marshfield and two sisters-in-law Sylvia Reigel of Marshfield and Bettie Reigel of Rice Lake. Besides her parents and husband Phillip, she was preceded in death by two sons, Richard on December 22, 1997, John on July 31, 1984, son-in-law William Frerichs, Sr. on January 26, 2007, granddaughter-in-law Christine Post on December 11, 2008, two brothers, Harold and Paul Reigel, a sister Marie Tessardri, 3 sisters-in-law, Betty Reigel, LaVonne Reigel, and Bea Reigel and a brother-in-law, Guy Tessadri. Memorials may be designated to Tiny Tigers / Companion Day Services or Ministry Home Hospice. Gone is a mother, grandmother & friend, loved by all. Her soul is now at rest. She’ll sleep in peace, her work is done. She’ll know the joy of perfect rest in Heaven above, where she may dwell contently protected by God’s love. Paul A. TheurerPaul Anton Theurer, 95, Stratford, died on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at his home in the Town of Day, Marathon County, under the tender care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Stratford. Rev. John Robert Alphonse and Rev. Eric Berns will officiate and music will be provided by St. Joseph’s Resurrection Choir. Burial will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in the Town of Eau Pleine, Marathon County and grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Sauter / Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford and on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. A Knights of Columbus rosary service will be held on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the funeral home. Paul was born on May 20, 1917 in the Town of Day, Marathon County, to John and Elizabeth (Scharfin) Theurer and was educated at St. Andrew’s Catholic School, Rozellville. As a young man he worked for various farmers and as a carpenter. In 1938 he started his cheesmaking career. On October 28, 1942 he married Agnes Steines at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Stratford. In 1944 they purchased the Brookside Cheese Factory at Stratford which he operated until his retirement in 1981. After retirement he and his wife traveled extensively. He continued to enjoy woodworking building furniture. They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary on October 28, 2012 with family and friends. Paul was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus John Eisen Council #1799, the Wisconsin Cheese makers Association, and was awarded a life membership in the Central Wisconsin Cheese makers and Butter Makers Association. He is survived by his wife, Agnes and their children, Patricia (Charles) Hastreiter, James (Cookie) Theurer, all of Marshfield, Robert (Rose) Theurer of Stratford, Rose (Dan) Leffel of Fenwood, Jeffrey Theurer of Minneapolis, Theresa Theurer of Stratford, Annette (George) Lescynski, Jean (Brian) Wegner, all of Marshfield, Karen (Les) Pinkerton of Custer, SD, and a daughter-in-law, Rhonda of Marshfield. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. He is further survived by 2 sisters, Martha Rauscher of Marshfield and Ludwina Sherman of Tuscon, AZ and a sister-in-law, Marie Theurer of Tuscon, AZ. In eternity he will join his parents, a daughter, Mary “Betsy”, a son, John, sons-in-law, Roger Hoefs and Dave Weiler, brothers and sisters, Valentine, Florian (Cecelia), Rudy, Roman (Florence), Sister Catherine Theurer, Hedy (Lloyd) Schultz, Cliff Rauscher and John Sherman. Ruth A. AndresRuth A. Andres, 79, Marshfield, died peacefully with family by her side on Monday, April 6, 2013 at her home under the care of Ministry Home Hospice. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Rev. James Logan officiating. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:30 am until service time at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Ruth was born on February 28, 1934 in Stratford, to Harry and Monica (Heaman) Weber and was a 1951 graduate of Stratford High School. She was united in marriage to James A. Andres on October 17, 1953 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Stratford. He died on June 25, 2011. Before and for a time after her marriage Ruth was employed as a sales clerk at Levelles Drug Store. She then was a homemaker and a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She is lovingly survived by 3 daughters, Jill Waldron of Edgar, Jackie (Raymond) Burrill of Marshfield, and Jodie (Steve) Krah of Rice Lake. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Jaime (Lori) Waldron, Jesse (fiancee, Beth Ellingson) and Jory Waldron, Sam and Sawyer Krah, Molly Eiden and Emma and Benjamin Burrill and 3 great grandchildren, Preston Burrill, and Ethan and Jade Waldron. She is further survived by 2 sisters, Arlene Swenson of Marshfield, and Florence (Maynard) Waldner of Eureka, Montana. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son-in-law, John A. Waldron, and sisters, Annabelle Grassman and Harriet Rhoades. The family will designate a memorial in Ruth’s name at a later date. Mary Jane PolumMary Jane Polum, 81 formerly of Junction City, died on Tuesday evening, April 9, 2013 at Ministry St. Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30am Monday, April 15, 2013 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek with Fr. John Ofori-Domah officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitations will be from 4-7pm Sunday at the Martens/Rembs Funeral Home in Junction City and again on Monday at the church from 9:30am until service time. There will be a parish rosary service at 4pm Sunday at the funeral home. Mary Jane was born on July 27, 1931 in Stevens Point to Stanley and Regina (Dulak) Raflik. She attended John F. Sims School and St. Joseph Academy in Stevens Point. She was united in marriage to Steve Polum on July 20, 1957 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. He died on July 17, 2005. After their marriage, they lived in Milwaukee until 1991, when they retired and moved to Junction City. Mary Jane is survived by her children, Allen (Sue Ziebell) Polum of Junction City, James (Julie) Polum of Kronenwetter, Sharon (James) Sabinash of Greenfield, WI and five grandchildren, Stephanie (Devon) Polzar, Benjamin Polum, Andy Sabinash, Casey Sabinash and Emma Polum. She is further survived by four brothers Richard Raflik of Shawano, Raymond (Alice) Raflik of Stevens Point, Dennis (Mary Jane) Raflik of Junction City, Marvin (Karen) Raflik of Lomira, five sisters, Evelyn Rinehart of Goleta, CA, Adrieann Zarecki of Junction City, Philomae Worzella of Stevens Point, Clairann (Dennis) Kaminski of Stevens Point and Adeline (Donald) Mrozek of Junction City. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant brother Anthony, three brothers-in-law, Terry Rinehart, Peter Zarecki and Richard Worzella. Family would like to thank Stevens Point Care Center Staff and St. Michael’s Hospital for the special care of their mother. Lamont C. WieseLamont C. Wiese, 65, Marshfield,and formerly of Chetek, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in the emergency room of Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, WI. Lamont was born on November 26, 1947 in New Auburn, WI to Russell and Grace (Bauch) Wiese. He married Betty L. Langman on May 17, 1969 in Rice Lake. Lamont was known for his never ending sense of humor and constant laughter. His interests included pretty much any sport on T.V. and spending time with his family. He is survived by Betty, his loving wife of 43 years, and their children, Kevin Wiese of Minnetonka, MN and Kurt (Lisa) Wiese of Marshfield, WI. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Rowan, Ava, Kylee and Cole. He is further survived by his mother, Grace Bauch, a brother, Allan (Jane) Wiese and a sister, Debbie (Brian) Gorman. He was predeceased by his father and a brother Brad Wiese. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. on Wednesday April 17, 2013 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield, WI. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Chetek, WI where the family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 10:00 am until service time.
